Treatment Contract
When you are admitted to the hospital, you will be asked to sign a Treatment Contract (Behandlungsvertrag). This contract gives legal authorization for your treatment during your stay in the hospital. The contract covers the general contractual conditions of the hospital and the treatment costs. Please carefully read the contract during the admission process (see also A dmissions Office ).
Patient privacy and data protection are very important to us. In the Treatment Contract, we describe various forms of data transmission.
The Treatment Contract also gives you the opportunity to choose between the different services that we offer. If you would like to take advantage of these services, we will prepare a separate contract, the Choice of Services Agreement (Wahlleistungsvereinbarung), for you. This agreement will detail extra costs (see also Choice of Services ).
