The most modern laser systems are employed to remove unaesthetic skin abnormalities without leaving behind scars. The duration and number of treatments depend on the type and extent of the skin defect and may also differ individually. Frequently, it is necessary to undergo several sessions of treatment to achieve optimal results.

Before any treatment is initiated, you will receive a comprehensive dermatological consultation as well as information regarding the costs of treatments.

We offer laser therapy for the following:

Age spots (senile lentigo)
Couperose (spider veins) can be treated using sclerotherapy in our Phlebology Department.
Port-wine stains (nevus flammeus)
Unwanted hair growth
Tattoos

And also:

• Senile hemangiomas (cherry angioma)
• Expanded blood vessels (telangiectasia)
• Yellowish deposits on eyelids (xanthelasma)
• Pedunculated warts (pendulous fibroma)
• Spider angiomas (naevus araneus)
• Senile warts (seborrheic keratosis)

Costs

The prices are in accordance to the standard rates of the University Medical Center Freiburg which are based on the German scale of fees for doctors (GOÄ). Prior to any treatment, there will be a consultation with the doctor after which the patient will make an agreement with the Medical Center regarding the scope of the treatment.
